RK Return Merchandise Authorization

  • Return Merchandise Authorization form must be completed to receive an RMA # which will be issued at the discretion of RK Sales Department
  • No item will be accepted for return without an RMA#
  • Returns for credit are approved on a per-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom products and items that were purchased more than 90 days prior will not be accepted for credit return
  • Items approved for credit return must be in new, unused condition with any and all accessories included in original packaging
  • Except in the event of an RK error, shipping and freight for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED
  • A Non-warranty item repair request requires a purchase order of $250.00 (Evaluation Fee)
  • Evaluation fee will be charged upon RMA number being issued
  • 2-3 week lead time may be required for items returned for evaluation
  • If unit is not repairable, RK engineers will advise with next steps i.e., scrap, returnable, etc.
  • If repairable, customer will receive a quote for parts, assembly and delivery
  • A new Purchase Order (PO) must be issued for a repairable unit
  • Item(s) will be repaired and shipped back to customer
  • Returned items that are not approved for repair or claimed by sender within 60 days of receipt by RK Automation Solutions will be scrapped at the discretion of RK Automation Solutions
