We offer a range of enclosure finishing and painting services, including individual processing and surface finishing capabilities – all in-house. And although we can handle special color schemes and surface structures for even the most complex and demanding operating environments, we always keep the process simple. You can expect faster delivery, less confusion, and a simpler process.
Color
Whether you prefer the finish provided by a more conventional paint or something more aesthetically bold, our products can be painted to your specific needs; in various color options.
When superior protection in the harshest outdoor environments is critical, our powder coating capabilities allow us to quickly and easily paint enclosures to your requirements using Federal Standard 595A colors, RAL colors, or other custom colors.
Iriditing & Anodizing
Iriditing offers excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance and is also an excellent primer coat for paint or other organic coatings. This process involves surfacing the enclosure with an oxide layer that chemically reacts to form metal chromates. Our iriditing material is non-chromium based (Non Hexavalent Chromium), per RoHS requirements. Electrolytic passivation process is used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts.
RFI/EMC Shield Coating
When success relies on the performance of mission-critical electrical and electronic systems, you need protection you can depend on. Our RFI/EMC coatings are sprayed on plastic or fiberglass housings to protect against radio frequency interference or radiation. We use both copper- and nickel-based systems, which allows us to use coatings to meet customer-specific shielding requirements. We also install RFI gaskets on request.
